"Despite my great appreciation for improving the body's technical ability, I think there are quite a few situations in which the technique undermines us, anchoring us to the muscles and body in a way that obscures a different reality, the tenderness and inner movement that I would like to reveal. Through my work I wish to reach these subtleties, to convey another experience through the body, direct and uncompromising, as if awakening the tiniest muscles, regenerating the body again and again - a happening vibration that impacts my whole being."
